MDS Coordinator, RN (Healthcare)

Successful candidates will have:

• All required continuing education and licensing maintained, in good standing with the State Board of Nursing
• Current, unencumbered RN license in South Carolina
• Current CPR certification
• Experience with PCC preferred
• MDS experience within the last 2 years in a Skilled Nursing setting is ideal

Your day-to-day responsibilities:

As the MDS Director, your primary role is to assess resident care needs, supervise staff to meet those needs, coordinate with the Inter-Disciplinary Team (IDT), and develop and implement individualized care plans.
