The ideal candidate holds an active RN license, BSN preferred, with 1 year nursing management and 2 years in long-term or geriatric care, and can guide a team through accurate assessments and care plans. This role supports our compassionate, quality-driven culture.
The MDS Coordinator is responsible for the overall coordination and completion of the Resident Assessment Instrument (RAI) and the interdisciplinary care planning process while ensuring compliance with state and federal regulatory requirements.
