Progressive Quality Care is seeking a detail-oriented MDS Coordinator (RN) to lead resident assessment and care planning at our Michigan facility. You will oversee MDS timelines, ensure documentation accuracy, and collaborate with the Director of Nursing to meet regulatory standards.

The ideal candidate holds an accredited nursing degree with current RN licensure and strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills.

Qualificações

• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and work in a clinical environment.

Responsabilidades

• Enter and transmit assessment data per regulatory requirements.
• Analyze Quality Indicator Reports and track resident changes.
• Educate staff on MDS documentation and compliance standards.
• Collaborate with the Director of Nursing on assessment-related needs.

Job Duties:
