Job summary

Turing is seeking a hands-on MDM Lead Engineer to own the Master Data Management platform, guiding onshore and offshore engineers and delivering scalable Semarchy xDM solutions. The role focuses on design, configuration, and production support for client master data across systems.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in data engineering/MDM with Semarchy xDM and strong SQL, data modeling, and governance experience. Hybrid onsite in New York City (3 days/week) with cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in data engineering, MDM, or related roles.
• Hands-on Semarchy xDM implementations end to end.
• Strong SQL, data profiling, and root-cause analysis skills.

Responsibilities

• Own the technical design, development, and support of the MDM platform using Semarchy xDM.
• Configure match/merge rules, survivorship, golden records, hierarchies, and workflows.
• Develop and maintain master data models to support governance and quality.
• Build and support production data pipelines across Snowflake, Azure, dbt, and APIs.
• Guide onshore and offshore engineers, providing technical direction while delivering.
