Job summary

Victaulic is seeking a Master Data Management (MDM) System Analyst to ensure accuracy and integrity of critical business data across systems. You will support enterprise data initiatives, improve data quality, and enable data-driven decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 5-7 years of experience in data management, data profiling & cleansing, system integrations with master data systems.
• Experience with MDM tools (Informatica, Syndigo, Stibo) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain master data across key domains (product, location, customer, vendor, employee).
• Perform data profiling, cleansing, and validation to ensure data quality and consistency.
• Use Python and programming skills to resolve data discrepancies and build business rules.
• Monitor and resolve data quality issues across systems.
• Support MDM tools: configuration, testing, troubleshooting.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define data standards, governance processes.
• Lead data migration, integration, and transformation projects.
• Prepare documentation and reports on data definitions, flows, and KPIs.
