Job summary

Galent seeks an experienced MDM expert to lead Informatica MDM and Informatica Cloud MDM initiatives across enterprise environments. You will architect, design, develop, and govern data solutions, spanning on-premises and cloud deployments, with emphasis on data quality, metadata, and governance.

The role requires deep technical leadership, collaboration with IT and business stakeholders, and a focus on performance optimization and scalable architectures.

Qualifications

  • 11 to 15 years of experience in Informatica MDM and Informatica Cloud MDM.
  • Proven expertise designing, implementing, administering, and optimizing enterprise MDM solutions.
  • Experience with both on-premises and cloud-based MDM environments.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proven ability to collaborate with stakeholders and provide technical leadership.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end architecture, design, development, and deployment of Informatica MDM and Informatica Cloud MDM solutions.
  • Design and configure MDM data models, integration patterns, workflows, and solution architectures based on business requirements.
  • Work across both on-premises Informatica MDM and cloud-based Informatica Cloud MDM environments.
  • Configure and manage MDM components including staging, loading, and matching.
  • Develop and optimize fuzzy matching and survivorship rules to improve data quality.
  • Define and implement data lifecycle management, metadata management, and governance processes.
  • Manage data ingestion, publishing, exception handling, and error resolution using SIF and Address Doctor.
  • Troubleshoot issues related to data ingestion, transformation, matching, and publishing workflows.
  • Utilize strong SQL for data analysis, validation, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.
  • Apply ETL knowledge to integrate MDM with enterprise and cloud ecosystems, preferably AWS.
  • Design scalable, high-performing MDM solutions with performance tuning and operational optimization.
  • Ensure MDM solutions comply with enterprise architecture, security, privacy, data governance, and compliance standards.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, IT teams, product teams, and data consumers to refine MDM capabilities.
  • Lead configuration, deployment, administration, and environment management across multiple MDM environments.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation and reusable MDM patterns.

Job Summary
  • Seeking an experienced professional with expertise in Informatica MDM and Informatica Cloud MDM to lead and optimize enterprise Master Data Management (MDM) solutions.
  • Responsible for architecture, design, development, deployment, governance, performance optimization, and technical leadership across enterprise MDM initiatives.
Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, including:

  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance data consistency, quality, accessibility, and reliability.
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers and cross-functional teams.
  • Support platform administration, production support, incident resolution, and performance tuning activities.
