Responsibilities

• Lead the planning and implementation of projects, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives.
• Oversee the development and execution of project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Provide technical expertise in Azure, Data Integration, and Informatica MDM to guide project teams and ensure successful delivery.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate data from various sources using NoSQL, SQL Server, and other relevant technologies.
• Utilize soapUI for testing and validating data integration processes.
• Implement and maintain Linux Shell Scripting to automate tasks and improve efficiency.
• Manage and optimize Informatica Product 360, Informatica C360 SaaS, and other Informatica tools to enhance data quality and governance.
• Ensure the successful deployment and operation of Informatica SaaS CDI, Informatica SaaS CAI, and Informatica PIM solutions.
• Oversee the use of Informatica Data Quality (IDQ) to maintain high standards of data integrity and accuracy.
• Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and accountability.
• Identify and mitigate risks to project success, implementing corrective actions as needed.
• Foster a collaborative and inclusive team environment, promoting knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.
• Drive innovation and best practices in data integration and management to support the companys strategic objectives.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations in all project activities.

Qualifications

• Must have strong experience in Azure, Data Integration, and Informatica MDM.
• Should have hands‑on experience with NoSQL, SQL Server, and soapUI.
• Must be proficient in Linux Shell Scripting and various Informatica tools including Product 360, C360 SaaS, SaaS CDI, SaaS CAI, PIM, and Data Quality (IDQ).
• Should have excellent project management skills with a proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
• Must possess strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams.
• Should have a proactive approach to problem‑solving and the ability to adapt to changing project requirements.
• Nice to have experience in hybrid work models and managing remote teams.
• Should be detail‑oriented with a focus on delivering high‑quality outcomes.
• Must have the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Should be committed to continuous learning and professional development.
