Thrive USA Home Care Services in Maryland, DC, Florida, and Tennessee seeks a compassionate Home Health Aide / Certified Nursing Assistant to support veterans and families in their homes. You will assist with daily living activities, monitor health, and help maintain safety and independence.

This in-person role offers flexible hours (10–40 per week) with pay of $21–$22 per hour. Candidates should have First Aid/CPR and strong communication to document care plans and collaborate with the care

Qualificações

• Knowledge of patient observation, dementia care, memory care, and hospice care.
• Ability to lift heavy loads and assist with transfers safely.
• Strong communication and documenting care plans.
• First Aid and CPR certifications.

Responsabilidades

• Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene
• Monitor clients' health status by observing vital signs and overall condition, reporting changes promptly
• Support medication administration following care plans and HIPAA regulations to ensure privacy and safety
• Prepare nutritious meals tailored to individual dietary needs and assist with meal consumption if necessary
• Facilitate safe patient transfers using proper manual handling techniques and equipment such as Hoyer lifts
• Maintain a clean and safe environment through regular cleaning, sanitation, and organization of client spaces
• Provide transportation assistance for appointments, errands, or community outings to promote independence and engagement

About the Role

Thrive USA Home Care Services is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Home Health Aid / Certified Nursing Assistant to join our team across Maryland, DC, Florida, and Tennessee. • Strong communication skills for effective client interaction and care plan documentation
• Valid certifications in First Aid and CPR
• Pay:$21–22 per hour
• Hours: 10–40 hours per week
