Health RIGHT360 offers residential treatment services designed to serve individuals and families with substance use disorders and co-occurring mental health disorders. Our program helps clients address addiction and related issues, increase skills, manage stressors, connect to supportive service, and build a foundation for lasting recovery. Residential programs run 24/7 and provide individual and group therapy, family therapy, individualized case management, treatment planning, drug and alcohol counseling, medication support services, and crisis intervention.

Under the clinical supervision of the Director of Addiction Medicine, the Addiction Provider is primarily responsible for the following: 1) management of intoxication and withdrawal states, 2) the initiation and monitoring of Medically Assisted Treatment, 3) the evaluation and management of addiction related medical and psychiatric problems. The Addiction Provider is responsible for conducting medical histories, performing physical examinations, applying screening tools, ordering and interpreting laboratory tests, and completing standard documentation related to the treatment of addiction. They are responsible for working in collaboration with medical and behavioral health staff in our Central Intake Department, Withdrawal Management Program, and Residential and Outpatient Programs. They provide direct patient care within HealthRIGHT 360’s Central Intake Department, Withdrawal Management Program, and/or Residential Programs. The Addiction Provider may also provide supervision for Advanced Practice Providers in Collaborative Agreements, providing input in the clinical review, performance appraisal, peer review and hiring and termination of such staff. The IAP also supervises the MAT healthcare treatment team in the absence of the Director of Addiction Medicine. This supervision may include managing medical assistants and nurse functions. The position may require after hours work in assisting Behavioral Health staff during the night and on weekends.

- Proficiency in understanding social determinants of health and harm reduction concepts.
-Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, specifically Word Outlook and internet applications, EMR usage.
-Experience working with individuals with moderate to severe addiction, mental illness and interactions with the criminal justice system.
Must complete background check and livescan clearance.
