This position will provide outpatient Internal Medicine services.* Full Time 1.0 FTE – 36 patient contact hours (4 ½ days per week)+ ~16 patients per day* Call is manageable with an ‘at home’ rotation of 1;8. Call starts Monday at 8 am and goes to the following Monday at 8 am. Average patients from 5p-8a is 3-4 which is considered very high. Average patients during the 24-hour weekend is 8-10 patients. The Appleton clinic providers share call with Neenah IM clinic providers, and ThedaCare On-Call (nurse triage service) screens calls before transferring them to the on-call physician. The hospitalist team takes admissions.* Clinic Hours: + 7a-5p Monday-Friday (as that physician has 1 late night a month which ends at 6p) + 8a-4p Saturdays (only work when you are scheduled to be on call)* Out patient clinic visits only. No hospital rounds or nursing home calls.* Support staff: RN, 1:1 w/ MA/LPNThis position will partner with a dedicated and innovative medical staff including midlevel providers. This opportunity will allow the physician the chance to work in a setting where growth and change are encouraged and expected. As part of ThedaCare's new delivery model, providers will offer same day appointments, and a plan of care before they leave their appointment. In addition, patients will know their laboratory results during their visit!Offer Details* **Income Details:**This is an employed position with a guaranteed salary for 2 years.
