Qualifications

• MD or DO (or foreign equivalent).
• Completion of an ACGME- or AOA-accredited Family Medicine residency (or RCPSC-accredited Canadian Family Medicine residency).

• Board Certified/Board Eligible in Family Medicine.
• BLS certification required; ACLS preferred (or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire).
