Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in event planning, travel planning, or combined event/travel coordination required.
• 1-3 years of office administration experience required.
• 1-3 years of basic bookkeeping experience highly desired.
• Ability to obtain CPR & First Aid Certifications required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional client service and improve client retention.
• Perform accounting for social events and tours using QuickBooks.
• Assist Director of MClub with planning and payment coordination.
