Raccoon Valley Partners McDonald’s in Knoxville, IA is seeking a Maintenance Team Member. You will help keep the restaurant clean, safe, and fully operational by maintaining interior and exterior areas and equipment.

This full-time role involves routine cleaning and upkeep, minor repairs, and preventative maintenance to ensure a welcoming environment for customers and staff. We offer training, advancement opportunities, uniforms, and a comprehensive benefits package.

• Daily cleaning and filtering of oil vats
• Power washing exterior areas
• Cleaning restaurant interior and equipment
• Assisting with unloading delivery trucks (twice per week)
• Rotating stock and organizing inventory
• Cleaning bathrooms and floors
• Changing roof filters and light bulbs
• Maintaining a supply of clean, sanitized towels for team use
