Responsibilities

• Run a profitable restaurant and ensure the restaurant meets McDonald’s critical customer standards of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness.
• Work with your leader to set the restaurant’s goals and create a plan to achieve them.
• Lead a team of Department Managers that have specific responsibilities in the restaurant; help them set their own goals, follow up on their progress, and provide coaching and direction to improve their Departments.
• Oversee hiring and development of Department and Shift Managers to ensure the restaurant has the right team to lead into the future.

Qualifications

• Previous General Manager experience running high volume locations; a background in quick service restaurants is strongly desired, or experience in hospitality or retail.
• Must be 18 years or older to be a manager in our corporate owned and operated restaurants.
