We operate this McDonald's as a franchise which means you will work with people who live and do business in your community. We are not a big corporation; we are a family-owned company that values people. There are also opportunities for students to work weekends and after school. We hire as young as age 14. Wages will vary up or down from the $15 start point depending on location, availability, experience, and position applied for.
