Job summary

Zachary Piper Solutions is seeking a Model-Based Systems Engineer (MBSE) Level 3 to support advanced aerospace and defense programs. This role focuses on developing complex autonomous systems and requires strong experience in MBSE methodologies. Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor's degree in a technical field and an active secret clearance. The position is fully onsite in St. Louis, Missouri, or Seattle, Washington. Competitive salary range is $90,000 to $160,000 based on experience, alongside full benefits including medical, dental, and vision.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of engineering experience with a Bachelor's, 3+ years with a Master's, or relevant experience with a PhD.
• Hands-on experience with MBSE, Cameo/MSOSA, and/or SysML.
• Active Secret Clearance (required prior to start).

Responsibilities

• Support cross‑functional engineering teams in developing advanced autonomous systems.
• Implement and mature MBSE methodologies within a Digital Engineering ecosystem.
• Develop and maintain system architectures, requirements, and interfaces.
