Job summary

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance required.
• Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
• 3+ years of systems engineering experience with MBSE.
• Working knowledge of SysML and MBSE tools (e.g., Cameo).
• Experience in requirements management, traceability, and verification planning across lifecycle.
• Experience creating test procedures and verification artifacts for system requirements.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum and cross-functional teams.
• Strong communication and collaboration across distributed teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain system architecture and design models using MBSE methods.
• Manage requirements lifecycle including traceability and flow-down across teams.
• Decompose system requirements and coordinate with multi-disciplined teams for scalable solutions.
• Develop and execute verification activities including test procedures and simulations.
• Support trade studies, design reviews, and government testing events.
• Generate technical documentation including verification reports and design artifacts.
