Victory Solutions Inc. in Huntsville, AL is seeking a Model Based Systems Engineer (MBSE) to support the SITR program for the Missile Defense Agency. You will develop and verify digital models, support technical and schedule management, and work within a fast-paced team applying MBSE best practices.

The role requires a bachelor or master in engineering (ABET-accredited), 2–8 years of experience, and US citizenship with the ability to obtain a Secret security clearance.

Qualifications

• ABET-accredited engineering degree (B.S. or M.S.).
• 2–8 years of applicable experience with a BS; MS may substitute for 2 years.
• Understanding of Engineering Vee or similar lifecycle process.
• Experience with object-oriented modeling data exchange.
• Experience with requirements, verification planning and verification activities.
• US Citizenship required and able to obtain Secret Security Clearance.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and apply MBSE techniques across product life cycle.
• Support expansion of MBSE practices into design as part of a team using digital engineering.
• Develop and manage object-oriented models using Cameo/MagicDraw and related tools.
