Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in experiment design and process control in semiconductor lab.
• Hands-on semiconductor characterization experience preferred.
• Experience with MBE or MOCVD growth systems is a plus.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts including nights.

Responsibilities

• Independently operate MBE growth and characterization of InP-based materials.
• Take system ownership for production and service.
• Measure epitaxial wafers using structural, optical, and electrical tools.
• Collect and input growth data in the database; track device performance.
• Lead troubleshooting and calibration, and document results.
