Job summary

Boston Scientific is seeking an MBA Marketing Intern to join our dynamic team in Minnesota. You will contribute to marketing strategy across six business units within Product/Brand Management or Marketing Strategy, supported by a mentor and a range of growth-focused projects.

This hybrid internship requires in-person presence at our Maple Grove or Arden Hills locations and eligibility to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Qualifications

• Must graduate between Fall 2027 and Spring 2028.
• Currently pursuing a degree in Masters of Business Administration.
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship, now or in the future, for employment-based work authorization.
• Must have reliable transportation to and from the Maple Grove, MN or Arden Hills, MN Boston Scientific Corporate location.
• Experience understanding customer needs using various research methods.
• Innovative, creative, outside the box thinker; strives to find new solutions.
• Strong analytical, written, communication and presentation skills.
• Demonstrated success working in a cross-functional team environment.

Responsibilities

• Work in one of six business units within Product/Brand Management or Marketing Strategy.
• Be partnered with a mentor, aside from your manager.
• Contribute to projects that impact strategic priorities such as: Customer insight generation, Product development, Growth strategies, New business development, Commercialization optimization tactics and Market development.
