Job summary

Ecolab is seeking MBA Marketing Interns for an 11-week summer program with locations in St. Paul, MN, Naperville, IL, and Houston, TX.

You will work on a meaningful project, interact with senior leaders, and deliver a final presentation with strategic recommendations. As an MBA Marketing intern, you will analyze markets, support marketing programs, and contribute to launch activities while gaining insight into Ecolab's growth strategy and culture.

Qualifications

• Pursuing MBA in Marketing with anticipated graduation December 2027 or May/June 2028.
• Two years of professional experience pre-MBA.

Responsibilities

• Identify and analyze customer problems and opportunities to shape short- and long-term marketing strategies.
• Support development of segment reviews and stakeholder alignment for execution plans.
• Assist in marketing program planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
• Lead and participate in product launches, including customer targeting and value proposition development.
• Collaborate across departments to create marketing collateral and tools to promote products.
