Job summary

Ecolab is offering an MBA Marketing Internship in the summer of 2026. The 11-week paid program includes a strategic marketing project in one of our main locations: St. Paul, MN; Naperville, IL; Houston, TX.

You will work with senior leaders, gain exposure to diverse teams, and present final findings to stakeholders and alumni. As part of the marketing team, you will help drive growth, craft marketing strategies, participate in product launches, and develop collateral.

Qualifications

• Pursuing an MBA in Marketing with anticipated graduation Dec 2027 or May/June 2028.
• Two years of professional experience pre-MBA.

Responsibilities

• Identify and capture customer problems and opportunities to develop short- and long-term marketing strategies.
• Develop segment and business reviews with stakeholders for alignment of strategies and execution.
• Support sales growth, retention and profitability through strategic marketing programs.
