Qualifications

• Ability to interpret analyses and communicate findings to both business and clinical stakeholders.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Lead a market landscape analysis and formal RFP for a new vendor.
• Develop and assess clinical quality and cost KPIs for a pharmacogenomics program.
• Synthesize literature, interpret analyses, and translate findings into actionable insights and recommendations.
• Collaborate with Clinical Programs, Analytics, and cross-functional teams.
• Prepare executive-ready summaries of market landscape and KPI findings.
• Present findings and recommendations to internal stakeholders.
