Qualifications

• Currently pursuing an MBA degree.
• 3+ years of professional business experience within Supply Chain or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; comfort working with data.
• Ability to establish and maintain relationships with individuals at all levels of the organization, in the business community with vendors along with preferred negotiation experience.
• Demonstrated ability to present to senior management with the purpose of influencing decisions.

Responsibilities

• Translate operational, supply chain, and customer insights into actionable recommendations.
• Deliver a high-impact project that improves efficiency, service levels, inventory, or operating performance.
• Develop and present actionable recommendations to cross-functional stakeholders
• Support strategic initiatives, process improvements, or cost-savings efforts
• Collaborate with teams across Sales, Operations, Product Management, Finance, and more to solve real business problems
• Prepare leadership-ready presentations or reports to share findings
