Job summary

Conagra Brands’ Brand Management Internship Program provides MBA students the opportunity to develop strategic, analytical, and leadership capabilities essential to success in Brand Management. Interns work on meaningful business challenges for iconic brands while gaining exposure to the day‑to‑day responsibilities of an Associate Brand Manager.

Based at Conagra Headquarters in The Merchandise Mart, Chicago, Illinois, this 11‑week internship runs June 2027 through August 2027.

Qualifications

• MBA student entering 1st year in Summer/Fall 2027 and will not graduate before August 2027.
• Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills with ability to translate data into recommendations.
• Demonstrated leadership through academics, professional, military, or extracurricular activities.

Responsibilities

• Analyze consumer, customer, category, and competitive trends to identify opportunities and growth drivers.
• Evaluate performance and translate insights into strategic recommendations across products, pricing, promotion, and placement.
• Support development of brand growth initiatives by identifying opportunities to strengthen brand equity.
• Partner with Sales, Finance, Consumer Insights, Forecasting, Operations, and Marketing to move initiatives to execution.
• Gain exposure to performance tracking, forecasting, and business planning processes.
• Present findings and recommendations to Brand leaders and cross-functional stakeholders.
