Job summary

Mach10 Solutions is seeking skilled CNC Mazak Operators to join our White Bear Lake (1st shift) and Minneapolis (2nd shift) teams. You will set up and run Mazak equipment to produce precision components, study drawings, and ensure parts meet tight tolerances.

This role offers hands-on work in a collaborative shop, with emphasis on safety, quality and continuous improvement. Experience with Mazak CNC and blueprint reading are important for success.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; machining certificate preferred.
• Experience running Mazak CNC in a production setting.
• Ability to read blueprints and schematics.

Responsibilities

• Configure and run Mazak CNC equipment to manufacture components meeting exact standards.
• Analyze drawings, blueprints, and production orders to determine machining steps.
• Oversee machine performance and tweak for efficiency and quality.
• Perform regular equipment maintenance and diagnostics to keep machines running well.
• Collaborate with teammates to refine workloads and boost productivity.
• Maintain a safe working environment by following safety guidelines.
