Job summary

A leading IT consulting firm is seeking a Maximo Consultant for a 3-6 month engagement in New Orleans. The ideal candidate will have 6-8 years of extensive Maximo experience, particularly on version 7.5, and strong EAM functional expertise. Responsibilities include supporting Maximo environments, conducting requirement gathering, and facilitating meetings. Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks are essential. Certification as a Maximo Asset Management Engineer is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6-8 years of Maximo experience, preferably on version 7.5.
• Strong understanding of all Maximo modules including Asset, Locations, Meters, Job Plans, etc.
• Ability to perform requirement gathering and conduct business workshops.

• Title: Maximo Consultant

• Location: New Orleans, LA

Role

• Minimum 6-8 years of Maximo experience, preferably on version 7.5
• Strong EAM Functional expertise
• Strong understanding of all the Maximo modules including Asset, Locations, Meters, Job Plans, Work Management, PM, KPI, etc.
• Exposure to Maximo mobile integration for any mobility tool
• Ability to perform requirement gathering and conduct Business Workshops or training
• Design Functional Solution based on the client requirement
• Support all Maximo environments, including testing, development, pre‑prod, training and production
• Good knowledge of reporting platforms - BusinessObjects, COGNOS or other
• Strong analytical and organizational skills, able to manage several tasks
• Support and maintain Maximo EAM System reports, run queries and create ad hoc reports
• Ability to facilitate and lead meetings with customers at various levels within an organization
• A Certified Maximo Asset Management Engineer is preferred
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
