Job summary

Cephas Consultancy Services Private Limited in Atlanta, GA, seeks an experienced Product Manager to lead the Manhattan Active Warehouse Management (MAWM) product strategy, roadmap, and delivery for enterprise warehouse capabilities.

You will partner closely with business stakeholders, engineering, and warehouse operations to drive MAWM evolution, define success metrics, and prioritize features across inbound, receiving, inventory, replenishment, and fulfillment.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Product Management, Product Ownership, Business Analysis, or Supply Chain Technology.
• Hands-on experience with Manhattan Active Warehouse Management (MAWM).
• Experience with warehouse operations (receiving, put-away, inventory, replenishment, picking, packing, shipping, cycle counting).
• Experience managing product roadmaps, Agile backlogs, feature prioritization, and release planning.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for MAWM capabilities.
• Partner with warehouse operations, supply chain leadership, and business stakeholders to identify process improvements and product innovations.
• Gather, analyze, and prioritize business requirements, translating them into features and user stories.
