The State of Hawaii, Department of Health, Maui District Health Office, is seeking a qualified administrator to oversee public health programs for the County and to act as the principal public health representative for the Director of Health.

The role is a Civil Service, full-time position located in Maui, with a comprehensive benefits package and potential for professional growth within the Department of Health.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• One year of General Experience in a public health program.
• One year of Supervisory Experience supervising a professional staff in a public health program.
• One year of Administrative Experience involving development, management, execution and coordination of a statewide public health program or a large public health workforce.

Responsibilities

• Administer State public health services and programs for the County.
• Serve as the principal public health representative for the Director of Health.
