Job summary

Hawaiian Building Maintenance is seeking a qualified Site Maintenance Technician to perform routine maintenance and repairs at designated commercial properties on Maui. The role requires hands-on experience with electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, drywall, and related trades, plus a focus on safety and high-quality service.

Typical schedule is Monday–Friday, with a 6:00 AM–2:30 PM window. A Hawaii driver’s license and reliable vehicle access are preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in general building maintenance and repairs.
• Ability to read and interpret maintenance tasks and safety procedures.
• Familiarity with EPA, Hazmat, and OSHA regulations is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on facility equipment and structures.
• Respond to service requests and complete work orders promptly.
• Inspect sites for safety, functionality, and upkeep; document materials used and work performed.
