Job summary

Furniture Fair is seeking a Comfort Consultant to help customers discover the mattress that best fits their needs in a dynamic retail environment. You will guide shoppers through product options, explain features like bedMATCH, and build lasting customer relationships in a on-site Greenwood/Indianapolis store.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in selecting mattresses and related sleep products.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers to drive repeat business.
• Explain features like bedMATCH and help customers find the best fit.
• Meet and greet customers, provide product information, and close sales.
• Support a positive shopping experience with flexible, customer-centric service.
