Job summary

Mathnasium is looking for passionate tutors to teach math to K–12 students. You will use the Mathnasium Method to provide in-center, online, or hybrid instruction, supporting student progress and engagement. Training and curriculum are provided, with emphasis on a safe, professional learning environment.

Ideal candidates enjoy math, have strong communication skills, and can balance multiple tasks. After-school and weekend hours offer flexible scheduling in a supportive team setting.

Qualifications

• Passion for math and working with students.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Eagerness to learn and be trained.
• Exceptional math competency through at least upper level secondary mathematics (algebra, geometry, trigonometry)
• Ability to balance various ongoing tasks.
• All applicants will be required to take a math literacy test, provide work authorization, and pass a background check.
