Job summary

Collin College is seeking part-time adjunct faculty to prepare and deliver coursework in engaging, discipline-appropriate ways, in accordance with college policies and syllabi.

Teaching assignments may be on campus or off-site, with possible evening and weekend sessions; online instruction is not available at this time. The role is security-sensitive and requires a criminal background check.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in discipline/qualifying field or a Master’s degree in any discipline with at least 18 graduate hours in discipline/qualifying field.
• Teaching experience is desired.

Responsibilities

• Teach courses in accordance with the schedule of classes and approved course descriptions and syllabi.
• Teaching assignments may be on campus or off-site locations and may include evening and weekend programs.
• May include Dual Credit courses.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Perform all duties in accordance with college policies, procedures and core values.
