Job summary

Mathnasium of Great Neck, VA is seeking an enthusiastic math instructor to support K-12 students after school and on weekends. You will teach in-center and/or online using the Mathnasium Method, collaborate with teammates, and assess students’ progress while engaging them in a supportive classroom setting.

Ideal candidates are passionate about math, possess strong interpersonal skills, and are eager to learn through ongoing training and development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Excellent math competency through Algebra II or higher.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Willingness to learn and receive training.
• Passion for math and helping students.

Responsibilities

• Teach in-center and/or online using the Mathnasium Method and teaching practices.
• Collaborate with team to deliver individualized instruction in a group setting.
• Assess students’ learning progress and engagement during instructional sessions.
• Become proficient with digital educational materials and processes.
