Job Responsibilities

• Just Teaching. No Lesson Plans. No Preparation
• Develop rapport with students and establish a fun learning environment.
• Display a positive attitude, and demonstrate enthusiasm for math.
• Supervise, interact with, and motivate students.
• Reward students for completed work, and especially for demonstrated mastery.
• Evaluate and document student progress.
• Communicate student needs to the Center Director.

  You will be trained to teach using the Mathnasium Method. All of the tools you need will be provided.
