Job summary

Ampact is looking for Math Tutors in Columbia Heights, MN, to help students improve their math skills during the 2026-27 school year. Tutors will provide focused attention to groups of students, track their progress, and assess their skills. This role requires dependability, good attendance, and basic computer skills. Full-time and part-time positions are available, running from August 2026 to June 2027, with daytime hours Monday through Friday. Training is provided to all tutors.

Qualifications

• Must be dependable with a good attendance record.
• Able to follow instructions and make improvements based on feedback.
• Basic computer skills required, including email and online navigation.
• At least 18 years old with a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be a citizen, national, or permanent resident of the United States.
• Ability to successfully complete a background check.

Responsibilities

• Lead tutoring sessions and follow a schedule for student support.
• Track student progress and meet with the school's on-site coach.
• Conduct skill assessments and enter scores in data software.
