The successful candidate will work closely with the lead math instructor, monitor progress, communicate with parents and staff, and participate in staff meetings and professional development to help students reach their full academic potential.

Qualifications

• Assists lead instructor with targeted math intervention for middle and high school students.
• Provides one-on-one and small-group tutoring to reinforce classroom instruction.
• Teaches and supports mathematics from a biblical worldview.
• Helps students strengthen foundational math skills and improve performance.
• Monitors progress and communicates observations to the lead instructor.
• Maintains a safe, positive learning environment.
• Differentiates instructional support to meet individual needs.
• Assists with classroom activities, assessments and intervention plans as directed.
• Collaborates with administrators, teachers, parents and staff.
• Maintains communication with parents as requested by administration.
• Attends staff meetings and professional development sessions.
• Assists Administration with assigned duties and activities.
• Develops and maintains a personal professional growth plan.
