Job summary

Mathnasium Learning Centers in Walnut, CA seeks enthusiastic tutors to teach math to 2nd–12th grade students in‑center, online, or via hybrid delivery using the Mathnasium Method. You will work with a team to provide individualized instruction and monitor progress.

We value a passion for math, excellent interpersonal skills, and eagerness to learn. Competency through Algebra II is required, with Precalculus as a plus; all applicants will train with us and gain ongoing support and resources.

Responsibilities

• Teach/tutor in-center, online, and/or via hybrid delivery using the Mathnasium Method™, terminology, and teaching practices.
• Work collaboratively with team members to deliver individualized instruction in a group setting.
• Assess students’ learning progress and engagement throughout instructional sessions.
• Become proficient with digital educational materials and processes.
• Support the maintenance of a safe and professional learning environment.
