Job summary

Mathnasium LLC. is seeking a Math Instructor / Tutor to teach in-center and online using the Mathnasium Method™, providing individualized instruction in a group setting. The role focuses on transforming students' understanding and engagement with math through engaging, structured lessons.

Ideal candidates show a passion for math, excellent interpersonal skills, and a willingness to learn, with competency through Algebra I. Franchise centers offer a supportive environment and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• Passion for math and working with students.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work with a team.
• Eagerness to learn and be trained.
• Strong math competency through at least Algebra I.

Responsibilities

• Teach in-center and/or online using Mathnasium Method™ and teaching practices.
• Collaborate with team members to deliver individualized instruction in a group setting.
• Assess students’ learning progress and engagement during sessions.
• Become proficient with digital educational materials and processes.
