Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in an educational field or the equivalent as defined by FAC 6A-1.0503
• Hold or is eligible to hold a valid Florida Educator Certificate or equivalent as defined by FAC 6A-1.0503
• Attends staff meetings and in-service training as needed

Responsibilities

• Help students master challenging standards and meet all state and local requirements for achievement.
• Teach diligently using prescribed materials and technology-based instruction.
• Keep records and submit reports required by law, the school board, and/ or the principal/ administrator.
• Maintain a valid Florida educator’s certificate as required by state law and state board of education regulations.
• Deliver all keys, records and reports and account for school property to the principal/ administrator at year end or termination.
• Conform to policies and procedures of the school and district.
