CPC Integrated Health is seeking a Special Education Math Teacher for High Point School. The candidate should hold a Math Certification with TOSD or be a Special Education Teacher with TOH, and be comfortable teaching algebra to students aged 13–21.
The role involves designing tailored educational plans, supervising and coordinating with teaching assistants, and maintaining open lines of communication with families, guardians, and school staff to ensure IEP goals are met.
High Point School is currently looking for a Special Education Math Teacher who holds a Math Certification and TOSD, (OR a Special Education Teacher with TOH) who is well-versed in algebra, and is committed to enriching students of different ages and academic levels.
Responsible for the overall welfare of each individual student during the school day. Designs, implements and evaluates an educational program appropriate to each student's individual needs. Supervises, schedules and provides instruction for teaching assistants. Maintains regular communication with families and/or guardians, the Principal, clinical staff and other staff to ensure goals and objectives of all IEP plans are being met.
