• Plan, develop and deliver engaging mathematics lessons aligned with Pennsylvania state standards and the school/district curriculum.
• Facilitate hands-on, problem-solving and real-world math activities appropriate for middle school students.
• Regularly assess students' learning (quizzes, tests, projects), monitor progress, and tailor instruction/intervention accordingly.
• Create and maintain a positive, inclusive classroom environment, manage behavior, and support students' mathematical mindset and growth.
• Communicate with parents/guardians and collaborate with colleagues and maintain accurate records of student achievement, attendance, and behavior.
