Job summary

Rise Data Labs is seeking advanced Mathematics and Statistics experts to support the training and evaluation of state-of-the-art AI systems. We’re looking for specialists who can apply deep quantitative knowledge to AI evaluation problems and assess AI-generated reasoning for technical accuracy.

This is a flexible remote contract starting ASAP. Candidates with strong analytical skills and experience in AI benchmarking or LLM evaluation will be preferred.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, or related field.
• PhD strongly preferred in a quantitative domain.
• Expertise in mathematical or statistical analysis.

• Assess AI-generated reasoning for technical accuracy and identify subtle errors or failure modes

What We're Looking For

• Master's degree required; PhD strongly preferred in Mathematics, Statistics, Applied Mathematics, Probability, Operations Research, or a closely related quantitative field
• Advanced academic, research, or professional expertise within your specialization
• Strong analytical reasoning and ability to evaluate complex mathematical or statistical work
• Prior AI training, evaluation, benchmarking, or LLM experience is a plus
