Job summary

Prep Academy Tutors in Central Connecticut seeks energetic educators to tutor Math and Science, both in-home and online. You will tailor instruction to each student using the Connecticut curriculum, create personalized learning plans, and support mastery beyond memorization.

Qualifications

• We are looking for certified teachers or educators on the path to becoming one.
• Love for teaching, commitment to student success, and excellence.
• Experience with Math and Science is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Empower students with academic support based on the Connecticut curriculum.
• Provide personalized Math and Science instruction tailored to each student.
• Develop customized learning plans to promote understanding over memorization.
• Offer remedial support and enrichment opportunities as needed.
• Help students develop problem-solving, critical-thinking, and study skills.
