Job summary

Littera Education is seeking a Math Online Tutor for evenings, part-time, remote from home. The role supports students in Reading, Math, Algebra or ESL/ELL with live sessions scheduled 5:00-8:00 PM EST. Training is provided; background checks and fingerprinting are covered.

A consistent weekly schedule is expected. Pay is up to $22.50/hr with a W-2 arrangement for the 2026 Fall semester, working up to 25 hours per week, Monday through Friday.

Position: Math Online Tutor (Evenings, Part-Time)

Employer: Littera Education

Location: Remote (U.S.-based, within Littera's eligible states)

Schedule: Part-Time, up to 25 hours/week, 5:00-8:00 PM EST

Pay: Up to $22.50/hr ($18 base pay * 1.25 paid administrative time per tutored hour), bi-weekly W-2 paycheck

Littera Education partners with K-12 schools and districts nationwide to deliver high-impact, customized tutoring in Reading, Math, and English Language Acquisition. Littera is hiring part-time, W-2 online tutors for the 2026 Fall semester. Tutors show up consistently, connect with students, and help move the needle on outcomes that matter most - curriculum, platform, and scheduling infrastructure are already in place, with no lesson planning or commuting required.

What You'll Do:

• Earn up to $22.50/hr, working fully remote from home, Monday-Friday

Technical Requirements:

Laptop or desktop computer (Chrome browser recommended), reliable high-speed internet connection, quiet space with an educational or blank background.

This is a part-time W-2 position, up to 25 hours per week - a supplemental income opportunity with hours based on availability and client needs, not guaranteed.
