Job summary

Mathnasium of Willow Glen, Mathnasium of Campbell-Los Gatos and Mathnasium of Mountain View-Los Altos are seeking part-time math tutors. You will teach math to PreK-12 students in a rewarding setting, using the Mathnasium Method, in-center, online, or hybrid delivery with a small student ratio.

We value passion for math, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to teach higher-level math (Alg. II, Trig, Precalculus, Calculus).

Qualifications

• Passion for math and working with students.
• Ability to teach Alg. II, Trig, Precalculus, and Calculus.
• Eligible to work in the United States; background check and math literacy test required.

Responsibilities

• Teach/tutor in-center, online, and/or via hybrid delivery using the Mathnasium Method, terminology, and teaching practices
• Ability to teach higher level math - Alg. II, Trig, PreCalc, and Calculus level
• Work collaboratively with team members to deliver individualized instruction in a small group setting
• Assess students' learning progress and engagement throughout instructional sessions
• Become proficient with digital educational materials and processes
