Job Responsibilities

• Teach/tutor in-center, online, or via hybrid methods using the Mathnasium approach
• Collaborate with team members to provide individualized instruction in group settings
• Assess students’ progress and engagement during sessions
• Become proficient with digital educational materials
• Maintain a safe and professional learning environment
• Potential to advance into a lead role with administrative duties

Qualifications

• Passion for math and working with students
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Willingness to learn and undergo training
• Math proficiency through at least Algebra I
• Ability to manage multiple tasks

Applicants must pass a math literacy test, provide work authorization, and pass a background check.

Note: Mathnasium franchisees are independently owned; employment matters are handled by the franchisee, not Mathnasium.

Compensation: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
