Job summary

Mathnasium Granger is seeking a part-time Math Instructor to teach in-center and online using the Mathnasium Method™, helping K-12 students build confidence and mastery in math after school and on weekends.

You will collaborate with teammates to tailor instruction, assess progress, and utilize digital materials; no prior experience with Mathnasium required beyond a passion for math and strong interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

• Passion for math and working with students.
• Excellent interpersonal skills for effective tutoring.
• Willingness to learn and be trained in Mathnasium methods.
• Strong math competency through Algebra I or higher.

Responsibilities

• Teach in-center or online using the Mathnasium Method and materials.
• Collaborate with team members to deliver individualized instruction in a group setting.
• Assess students’ learning progress and engagement during sessions.
• Become proficient with digital educational materials and processes.

What you will do as a Math Instructor:

• Work collaboratively with team members to deliver individualized instruction in a group setting
• Assess students’ learning progress and engagement throughout instructional sessions
• Become proficient with digital educational materials and processes

As part of our hiring process here at Mathnasium, all applicants will be required to take a math literacy test to demonstrate math proficiency.
