A leading educational franchise is seeking instructors to teach math to K-12 students in a supportive environment. Responsibilities include using effective teaching methodologies to deliver in-center and online instruction, assessing student progress, and ensuring a safe learning atmosphere. Ideal candidates will have a passion for math, excellent interpersonal skills, and exceptional math competency. The position offers flexible part-time hours during the week and weekends.

Job Responsibilities

• Teach/tutor in-center, online, and/or via hybrid delivery using the Mathnasium Method™, terminology, and teaching practices
• Work collaboratively with team members to deliver individualized instruction in a group setting
• Assess students’ learning progress and engagement throughout instructional sessions
• Become proficient with digital educational materials and processes
• Support the maintenance of a safe and professional learning environment
