Position Summary

Mathnasium of Brookfield is seeking a passionate Math Instructor / Tutor to create an engaging learning experience for students from Kindergarten through 12th grade. This part-time role offers flexible hours and the opportunity to develop professional skills while helping the community.

Applicants are required to pass a math literacy test and background check. Successful candidates will receive training in the Mathnasium Method.

Job Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional tutoring services to students
• Teach using the Mathnasium Method in a group setting
• Collaborate with team members to enhance student experience
• Evaluate and correct student work
• Maintain a clean learning environment
• Assist with non-instructional tasks as needed

Qualifications

• Passion for math and working with students
• Excellent communication skills
• Math competency through at least Algebra I
• Ability to manage multiple tasks
• Willingness to learn and undergo training
